Video Education teaching aids?lets read..

Teaching aids are an integral component in any classroom. The many benefits of teaching aids include helping learners improve reading comprehension skills, illustrating or reinforcing a skill or concept, differentiating instruction and relieving anxiety or boredom by presenting information in a new and exciting way. Teaching aids also engage students' other senses since there are no limits in what aids can be utilized when supplementing a lesson.
The first teaching aids we can use is Educational Videos. User-generated video has made learning things much easier. Nowadays you can find a video on each topic that explains things in an easy-to-digest way.Teachers have started creating and sharing educational videos as well. Both TeacherTube and SchoolTube can be huge databases of educational videos on any topic.
The best thing about these online educational tools is that you can set up learning classes for your kids at home, and if you involve them, they also get to have fun while educating themselves. If you love learning new things, you remember and get to understand everything much easier.
Teaching aids are becoming the norm in the classroom. As traditional classrooms with blackboard and chalk become a thing of the past, and smart classrooms become the norm, teaching aids are growing in popularity and advancement. Blackboards are being replaced with white and smart boards. TVs are being replaced with LCD projectors and screens. And educators are becoming more focused on students growing with technology and integrating it into the curriculum. Students are making podcasts, videos and even creating webquests All of which are sound teaching aids to incorporate into the classroom.

Computers in the Classrooms – Effective Computer Lessons
Many teachers feel intimidated about using computers in class. Teaching with computers in the classroom is easy and prepares students for the future.
Teaching with computers in the classroom is really not any different then teaching with textbooks or notebooks. They are all just another tool, on the journey, that prepares students for adult life.

Computer education does not have to involve complicated Flash presentations or animated games. The prime focus of computer education in today’s classroom should be gaining information and word processing. Teach students to use computers, in a way that will help them in the future.
Teaching Students to do Research on the Internet

The Internet is a great source of information, some good and some bad. Students need to know how to find information, and then need to evaluate the information that they have found.

A great way to get students to learn how to be “google-masters” is to have internet scavenger hunts. Give them 15 minutes to find a list of items online. Teachers can use this activity at the beginning of a theme. For example, give children a list of astronomy items to find as an introductory lesson on the solar system. Alternatively give them a random list and award a symbolic winner. Try this weekly, and watch the students become great searchers.
Teaching Word Processing in the Classroom

Word processing is an essential tool in today’s world. There are not many jobs that don’t require some sort of word processing. Give students opportunities to become efficient with the keyboard, as well as save, store, and retrieve files. These are all skills they will need in high school and beyond.

Some teachers prefer that students use a typing software program that teaches proper finger placement. Other teachers simply have students type as often as possible with the philosophy that “practice makes perfect”. Teachers should chose the option that fits their students and classroom schedule. With both options, continue to have students type stories, projects and communicate with email as often as possible.

Computer Education for Communication and Presentations
Teacher/student email communication is an excellent way to target the students with special needs, as well as the gifted. Teachers can pose questions that target a particular student’s level and interests. Ask them questions that will engage and challenge them.
Encourage students to write stories and projects using a computer. In the higher grades, teach them how to make simple graphs or charts. Teach students how to add color, images and change font size. Students should learn how to make a project or presentation that will attract an audience. Teach them how to make a visually appealing document or project.
Teaching computer lessons does not have to be intimidating. Teachers should be willing to learn as they go along. Also be prepared to learn from students. There are always a couple of computer wizards in every class. Focus lessons on teaching research skills and communication (including word processing). This will prepare students for their future in the modern world.
